Bi-metal barrel and nitrided screw as standard. SKD61 material screw tip with check ring. Handles fibre-filled, flame-retardant and a wide range of engineering materials.

  • PID temperature control

Barrel temperature accuracy ±1°C across all zones. Cushion monitoring lets operators detect product quality deviations before they become production issues.

  • Wider tie-bar spacing

Longer guide length for larger moulds and multi-cavity tools. High-strength tie bars with graphite-copper bushes on ejector and movable platen for precise, fast movement.
